The Web-based E-learning System overcomes time and space limitations in traditional universities. Teachers and students are now accessing to large amounts of information and resources via the web. In this paper, we provide a learning model of Web-based system, which is based on the principles of constructivism, to provide motivation and collaborative learning for students in the Web environment. The practical results show that the system is mainly to complete the autonomous learning, including learning resource management, grading test, students’ management, unit test, etc. and it is proved that the system is effective and useful.
