The construction and application of high quality medical video teaching resource is the important support to higher education teaching reform. Research and development is the key of high-quality medical video teaching resources construction, the key link is teachers’ team to determine the topic, attach the traditional teaching resources, modern diagnosis and treatment of digital video resources. Break up the whole into parts in the first class of formal teaching and second class, composite study application of high-quality medical video teaching resources is an important characteristic to modern teaching process and students’ Autonomous learning. To strengthen the quality of medical video teaching resource construction and application will be the key to long-term education theme and the process quality of the cultivation of innovative talents and improving the quality of teaching.
