Abstract

Semantic Net and Cloud Computing, standing out as the epitome of immense influence of IT upon the library information service, have found their way into processing the expanding digital products. Intellectualization and humanization have been projected upon the cloud cyber source platform with the application of RDF and RSS, which is constantly changing the traditional library as well as the mode of digital service.
