The Study of Relationship Between the Nature and Other Properties of Traditional Chinese Medicines Based on Association Rules

Conference paper
Part of the Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering book series (LNEE, volume 269)

The association rule is an important branch of data mining, which reflects the correlation between the objects. In this paper, we use the technology of association rule to find frequent itemset between the nature and other properties of Traditional Chinese Medicines. Through many experiments, we have builded the closely relationship of frequent itemset in Nature-Pharmacology, Nature-Indication, Nature-Western Medicine Name, Nature-Function, Nature-Flavour, Nature-Channel Tropism, Nature-Chemical Composition. etc., which provide valuable information for research the relationship between the nature and other properties of traditional Chinese medicines.
