Excellent Man Marathon Runners and Plateau, Plateau Training Period Portion of the Blood in the Index Comparison Analysis

Abstract

Objective Evaluate blood indexes of outstanding men’s marathon athletes during training in sub-plateau and plateau areas, monitor the athlete’s training load capability and physical function status; Method Based on the theories of experimental techniques and methods in sports physiology and sports biochemistry, use documentation method, measurement method and mathematical statistics; Result At different training stages of outstanding men’s marathon athletes in sub-plateau and plateau areas, the athlete’s hemoglobin (HB), serum values (CK), testosterone (T) have changed by the influence of training environment, the overall performance is that the blood index is on the rise from sub-plateau area to plateau area. The cortisol (C) value has decreased during training in sub-plateau area, and increased during training in plateau area; Conclusion At different training stages of outstanding men’s marathon athletes in sub-plateau and plateau areas, the athlete’s hemoglobin (HB), serum values (CK), testosterone (T) have changed by the influence of training environment, the overall performance is that the blood index is on the rise from sub-plateau area to plateau area. The C value has decreased during training in sub-plateau area, and increased during training in plateau area.
