Abstract

Objection: To investigate the effects of a video-feedback method in nursing etiquette class of undergraduate nursing students. Method: The video-feedback method was applied among 36 female nursing undergraduates of Grade 2009 to a grooming etiquette class of nursing etiquette. Then the participants were given a questionnaire. Result: The survey show that the initiative enthusiasm and self-confidence of students were greatly improved after the video-feedback method being applied to the grooming etiquette class. Conclusion: The video-feedback method can greatly strengthen the self-learning and learning efficiency of students as well as reinforce the teachers’ teaching ability and quality, especially in operational course.
