In this paper, we would like to share our experience in using the cloud platform to provide asynchronous e-learning course “Mobile Communications” for the part-time master-program students. Specifically, in this course, we provide actively notification, on-line exercises/homework, on-line interactions, and some strategies to improve learning motivation. We elaborate the strategies and methodologies and provide the findings when we perform this course.
