In Conclusion

  • Reinhard Stelter

I this chapter, I invite the reader to look at third-generation coaching in a broader perspective, and to include coaching-inspired forms of dialogue. I want to invite people to engage in dialogue. Dialogue is in stark contrast to discussion. Dialogue is about something else entirely: presenting one’s reflections, sharing with the other(s) and reason over what was said – using the others’ thoughts and reflections as impulses for putting their stories into perspective in one’s own life perspective. Coaching-inspired dialogues can also be employed in leadership roles.
