Abstract

What an honour it is to be invited by Professor Phillip Hughes to contribute to this book. Over the past decades as a distinguished member of what the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has described as the knowing and caring profession, Phil has made a stellar contribution to education within and across a broad and deep range of profoundly important Australian and, especially, international contexts.
