Conclusion: Valuation Criterion
Every research project, in any field, consists in posing some problem, old or new, and in attempting to solve it. These tasks are guided by antecedent knowledge, intuition, and value judgment: one assesses the worth of the problem, the means to handle it, and the possible solutions.
