Chapter 3 20th-Century Philosophy of Natural Law in France
Twentieth-century natural law theory in France can be described as having two faces: On the one hand there have been few authors of consequence (though they did commit a few words to paper), but on the other hand they counted among their number some jurists who have made significant contributions to that subject matter.
