Abstract
In this chapter, we give a GAP program for computing the Schultz index, Modified Schultz index, Wiener index, hyper Wiener index, Balaban index and Zagreb indices for any graph and by this algorithm we compute the Schultz polynomial and Schultz index of C60 and C80 fullerene by GAP program. Also we compute the Wiener index, hyper Wiener index and Wiener polynomial of C80 fullerene by this program and finally we compute Balaban and Zagreb indices for IPR C80 fullerene isomers by GAP program.
