We have defined the classical virial theorem for a system moving in the outer uniform force field, which determines the relationship between mean values of the potential and kinetic energy within a certain period of time to be the averaged virial theorem. Conversely, the virial theorem for a system moving in its own force field and establishing a relationship between the potential and kinetic energy of the oscillating polar moment of inertia, is defined as the generalized (non-averaged) virial theorem or the equation of dynamical equilibrium of a system.
