Abstract
Over recent years there has been much talk about creativity – as an individual property, as capital, as a “connecting device” in the context of new networks, as a model of governance based more on the civil society with regard to the relationship between state, community and market and, most notably, as a starting point for cities and regions to survive economically or to provide position features that can be sold even more effectively in the competition of metropolises and regions.
