Samenvatting
Hoofdstuk 5 beschrijft de groepsschematherapie (GST)bij adolescenten. Na een beschrijving van het theoretische model wordt ingegaan op de indicatiestelling. Vervolgens worden de fasen van de GST besproken: in fase 1 staat verbinding, veiligheid, psychoeducatie en emotieregulatie centraal, fase 2 staat in het teken van het werken met modi, en fase 3 is gericht op het werken met de Gezonde modus en de Blije kind modus. Tenslotte wordt ingegaan op de effectiviteit van GST.
