Samenvatting
Hoofdstuk 8 beschrijft en illustreert een uitgebreid oefenprogramma ter verbetering van de stabiliteit van het kniegewricht. Allerlei methoden worden getoond waarmee de moeilijkheidsgraad van de oefeningen kan worden verhoogd. Het oefenprogramma kan worden gebruikt in de revalidatie van allerlei knieaandoeningen waarbij de stabiliteit van het gewricht is verminderd. Ook tibiofemorale aandoeningen zoals (kruis)bandlaesies komen hiervoor in aanmerking. Het hoofdstuk bevat bijna honderd illustraties.
