Samenvatting
Tijdens het ochtendspreekuur vraagt de heer Beemsterboer een huisbezoek aan. ‘Dokter, ik ben zo duizelig dat ik mijn bed niet uit kan,’ zegt hij. Het gaat om een mij welbekende, 39-jarige patiënt. Het horen van die naam brengt veel somatisatie in herinnering. Ik ga daarom telefonisch niet in discussie over de noodzaak van dit huisbezoek. ‘De rest hoor ik straks wel aan zijn bed,’ denk ik.
