Woutertje is een oergezonde, ondeugende kleuter, die de huisarts kent van zijn tijd als baby en een bovensteluchtweginfectie. Het is vier uur ’s middags als zijn moeder de praktijk belt met de vraag of zij met Woutertje mag komen. Hij doet niets anders dan huilen.
