Samenvatting
Het bow-tie-model is een instrument waarmee op systematische en efficiënte wijze een compleet beeld kan worden verkregen van risico’s, preventie- en herstelmaatregelen van een groot aantal processen tegelijkertijd. Het kan gebruikt worden voor verbetering van medicatie- en patiëntveiligheid.
