Introductie

In dit addendum wordt dieper ingegaan op compressie van de n. cutaneus femoris lateralis ter plaatse van zijn passage door het ligamentum inguinale, ofwel een meralgia paraesthetica. Achtereenvolgens worden beschreven:

  • de anatomie van de zenuw,

  • mogelijke oorzaken van de zenuwcompressie,

  • symptomatologie,

  • klinische tests,

  • conservatieve en operatieve behandeling.
