Samenvatting
De zeroflap is een combinatie van bestaande chirurgische technieken. Toepassing van de zeroflap heeft als doel een pocketreductie te realiseren tot normale sulcusdiepte, met volledig botherstel in parodontale 3-wandige botdefecten of 3-wandige gedeelten van het totale defect, en met minimaal een opvulling van de helft van het 2-wandige defectgedeelte.
