Introductie
Dit hoofdstuk beschrijft weer het verhaal van een bovenhandse sporter met schouderpijn. Opvallend hierbij is dat de pijn geleidelijk is ontstaan en zich aan de posterieure zijde van het schoudergewricht bevindt. De casus toont anatomische illustraties waarbij het ontstaansmechanisme van dit type schouderpijn in beeld wordt gebracht. Het hoofdstuk eindigt met een illustratie dat vijf veelvoorkomende typen schouderletsel toont, alle ontstaan door bovenhandse sportactiviteiten.
