Abstract
De Miljoenennota 2012 onthult: de gezondheidszorg is nummer één! Voor het eerst heeft het ministerie van VWS de grootste begroting van alle ministeries en streeft daarmee de sociale zekerheid als traditionele big spender voorbij. VWS spendeert circa 74,5 miljard euro, ofwel 29 procent van de totale rijksuitgaven.
