Inleiding
Deze studiedag maakt duidelijk dat er intern eenzijdig wordt gecommuniceerd. Er wordt gezonden vanuit het management, niet ontvangen. En dat voelen docenten. Het management spreekt toe, wijst aan, benoemt. Maar hier moet participerend gecommuniceerd worden. Docenten moeten immers met de opdracht, die doorgaans diffuus is, aan de slag.
