Inleiding
De communicatie verloopt heel terloops. Wat er speelt, wat er is gebeurd, wat er al is geprobeerd, wat de ambitie is achter de wens van het nieuwe ontwerp voor blok 2.4, wat daarbij de valkuilen en voorwaarden zijn – dat allemaal blijft impliciet. De nieuwe docent wordt in het diepe gegooid. Zo gaat dat hier, is de eigenlijke boodschap, verwacht hier geen uitgewerkte plannen, duidelijke doelen of zorgvuldige analyses. Dat ben je misschien gewend in je vorige werk, maar hier doen wij dat allemaal niet.
