Abstract
Kim Verhoef, een vrouw van 31 jaar, kreeg twee jaar geleden subacute progressieve paresthesieën aan de voeten optrekkend tot de beide knieën. Zij had daarbij het gevoel niet goed op de grond te staan en was onevenwichtig tijdens het lopen. Daarnaast had zij veel hinder van vermoeidheid en kon daardoor niet langer dan drie uur per dag werken als accountmanager bij een bankfiliaal.
