Abstract
Mevrouw Van Eck (27 jaar) komt bij u op het spreekuur. Afgelopen weekend belandde zij op de SEH, nadat zij tijdens het lunchen van een maaltijdsalade in een eetcafé onwel was geworden. Zij bleek een anafylactische reactie te hebben. Na behandeling is mevrouw Van Eck met een adrenaline auto-injector naar huis gestuurd.
