Abstract

Sven was het eerste kind van zijn ouders. Zijn moeder had het hellp-syndroom, een ernstige variant van pre-eclampsie die wordt gekenmerkt door Hemolysis, Elevated Liver enzymes, en Low Platelet count. Sven kwam per keizersnee te vroeg ter wereld met een gewicht van 1.620 gram. Hij was een zorgenkind. Zijn motorische ontwikkeling verliep traag. Dat zou wel met zijn geboorteverhaal te maken hebben, dacht men.
