Abstract
Bij een 53-jarige vrouw is elf maanden voor deze opname een stadium IIIB niet-kleincellig longcarcinoom vastgesteld. De primaire tumor bevond zich aan de onderpool van de rechter hilus. Inductie chemotherapie resulteerde in een partiële respons, waarna bestraling volgde van de primaire tumor en de lymfekliermetastasen. De bestraling is drie maanden voordat deze foto werd gemaakt beëindigd.
