Abstract
Een 65-jarige man heeft een milde hemoptoë, die lijkt te berusten op een stadium IIIA grootcellig carcinoom met een endobronchiale tumor in de bronchus intermedius en PET-positieve klieren subcarinaal en in de rechter tracheobronchiale hoek (respectievelijk Naruke 7 en Naruke 4 rechts). In het multidisciplinair overleg wordt besloten dat de behandeling zal bestaan uit concurrent chemoradiotherapie.
