Abstract
Een vrouw van 23 jaar werd opgenomen met een hypertensieve crisis. Zij was altijd goed gezond geweest en was niet bekend met hypertensie. Ze had wel sinds ruim een jaar regelmatig episoden van onwelwording: misselijkheid gepaard gaand met drukkende hoofdpijn. De patiënte gebruikte geen drugs of medicatie. Analyse bij de neuroloog zes maanden geleden leidde tot de differentiaaldiagnose “variant van migraine” dan wel spanningshoofdpijn.
