Samenvatting

De meeste kwaadaardige huidtumoren ontstaan uit de opperhuid of epidermis, waarin ook de melanocyten liggen. Drie vormen van huidkanker domineren daarom alle andere: het basaalcelcarcinoom (71%), het plaveiselcelcarcinoom (16%) en het maligne melanoom (11%).
