Abstract
Een 81-jarige man komt op verzoek van de thuiszorg met zijn dochter op het spreekuur. Hij heeft aan beide zijden van zijn bilspleet afwijkingen ontwikkeld die wat gevoelig zijn. Patiënt is de afgelopen jaren sterk vermagerd. Hij kan nog wel wat lopen, maar zit het grootste deel van de dag in zijn stoel.
