Abstract

In een samenleving heersen ideeën over de manier waarop mensen zich in gegeven situaties wel of juist niet behoren te gedragen en waarom. Die ideeën vormen de moraal binnen een cultuur, die een kind zich eigen moet maken. Weten wat je wel en niet zou moeten doen betekent echter niet dat je dat ook doet of niet doet. Morele kennis leidt niet automatisch tot moreel gedrag. Daar is meer voor nodig. Dit hoofdstuk gaat over de verschillende aspecten van moraal en hoe die in een kind tot ontwikkeling komen.
