Abstract
In dit overzicht zal hoofdzakelijk worden ingegaan op de eerste hulp bij acute vergiftigingen. De verdere behandeling zal, zeker bij ernstige intoxicaties, gewoonlijk door deskundigen in een goed geoutilleerd milieu geschieden. Informatie over de therapie bij vergiftigingen is dag en nacht verkrijgbaar bij het Vergiftigingen Informatie Centrum te Bilthoven Tel: 030-2748888. In het ziekenhuis is het aan te raden de dienstdoende ziekenhuisapotheker te consulteren.
