Een schatting van het bloedverlies (op de plaats van het ongeval, tijdens het transport en de tijd tussen het moment waarop het ongeval plaatsvond en waarop de arts de patiënt ziet).

Hoe is de immunisatietoestand van de patiënt wat betreft tetanus? (Zie ook Appendix.)
