Samenvatting
De positionering van patiënt en operatietafel is met betrekking tot endoscopische chirurgie zo mogelijk nog belangrijker dan bij conventionele chirurgie. Dit heeft in de eerste plaats te maken met de gefixeerde locaties van de trocartsites ten opzichte van de buikwand, waardoor de bewegingsvrijheid met betrekking tot het hanteren van instrumentarium veel beperkter is dan bij chirurgie door grote incisies.
