Le velocità e le accelerazioni dei punti di un sistema, così come la velocità angolare di un corpo rigido, non sono quantità assolute, ma relative all’osservatore che descrive il moto. Scopo di questa capitolo è la deduzione delle leggi che descrivono il cambiamento di queste tre quantità vettoriali al variare dell’osservatore.
