Abstract
Patients with congenital vascular malformations (CVM) present with a variety of dermatological manifestations. These can range from common manifestations of venous hypertension seen in truncular venous malformations (VM), secondary skin changes associated with lymphedema commonly found in truncular lymphatic malformations (LM), and specific conditions such as acroangiodermatitis pointing to an underlying arteriovenous malformation (AVM). In addition, capillary malformations (CM) in combination with other vascular anomalies present with typical clinical signs. In this chapter, we briefly examine the dermatological manifestations of CVM.
