Patient with back pain which extends in lower limbs and neurogenic claudicatio in L4–L5 degenerative anterolisthesis treated by posterior rigid stabilization and intervertebral prosthesis posteriorly placed (Posterior Lumbar Fusion Surgery, PLIF).
