Riassunto
L’attività sportiva è aumentata notevolmente nell’età pediatrica negli ultimi anni e gran parte dei bambini, il 90% nella nostra casistica, pratica almeno uno sport a partire dall’età scolare. L’attività agonistica ufficiale per la gran parte delle discipline sportive inizia dopo il decimo anno di età. Il tipo di sport praticato è influenzato oltre che da „tendenze“ a livello nazionale anche dalla collocazione geografica (mare, pianura o montagna) e dalla disponibilità nel territorio di impianti sportivi.
