Zusammenfassung

Patients with bundle branch block (BBB), right bundle branch block plus left anterior or left posterior fascicular block or left bundle branch block are at higher risk of developing high-degree atrioventricular (AV) block. A significant problem in the evaluation of syncope and BBB is the transient nature of high-degree AV block and, therefore, the long periods required to document it by ECG.
