Riassunto
L’ipertensione polmonare è una patologia più frequente nei bambini che non nella popolazione adulta. Una modesta ipertensione polmonare può essere ben tollerata, ma un aumento importante delle pressioni nell’arteria polmonare è associato a insufficienza ventricolare destra e a morte.
