La realtà può esser considerata alla stregua di un grande processo storico evolutivo, che fa emergere di tanto in tanto nuovi fenomeni che prima non esistevano ma che derivano da fenomeni precedenti e perciò ad essi collegabili. In tale processo di evoluzione storica, fenomeni nuovi sono emersi, ed emergono, nel corso del tempo da fenomeni precedenti di natura diversa.
