Riassunto
Il trattamento d’elezione per la terapia del carcinoma prostatico localizzato è rappresentato dalla prostatectomia radicale; attualmente esistono diverse tecniche chirurgiche, che si sono evolute e raffinate nel tempo. Tradiesse, la più utilizzata è la prostatectomia radicale retropubica (RRP), che può avere un accesso anterogrado o retrogrado a seconda dei casi e delle condizioni anatomiche generali del paziente [1].
