L’anafilassi è la più grave delle reazioni allergiche, è potenzialmente mortale, ed è pertanto necessario riconoscerla e mettere in atto tempestivamente le manovre previste, somministrando il trattamento farmacologico appropriato, poiché la rapidità dell’intervento è fondamentale ai fini dell’efficacia della terapia.
