Per brachiterapia endobronchiale si intende l’applicazione di terapia radiante direttamente su lesioni endobronchiali, tramite un impianto interstiziale permanente di semi radioattivi o il posizionamento temporaneo di una sonda “afterloading” a livello endoluminale.
