The Efficacy of Narrow-Band Imaging (NBI) and Autofluorescence Imaging (AFI) Colonoscopy for Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

  • Chapter
New Challenges in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

Abstract

We investigated the efficacy of surveillance colonoscopy using narrowband imaging as a handy method of optical pancolonic chromoendoscopy, and the potential of autofluorescence imaging colonoscopy for patients with ulcerative colitis.
