Monoclonal Antibody as a Clue to Structural Analysis of Bioactive Functional Glycoconjugates

  • Chapter
Experimental Glycoscience

Abstract

Studies using monoclonal antibodies sometimes provide useful information in structural analysis of bioactive functional glycoconjugates. Here, we briefly describe our recent experience on application of anti-carbohydrate antibodies for identification of glycan structures.
