Lumbosacral Fusion with Pedicular Screw Plating Instrumentation: 10-Year Follow-up Results

Abstract

The use of pedicular screw plating (PSP) according to the procedure that we have proposed for lumbosacral fusion (LSF) permits the immediate stabilization of the vertebral segments while waiting for graft consolidation. Therefore, a high rate of fusion is obtained [1,2].
